Good news, no surprise fees. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so all duties and taxes are paid upfront at checkout. You won't pay anything extra on delivery, whether you're in the US, Canada, or Europe.

Our puzzles are crafted from birch plywood, painted with water-based, non-toxic paint. Solid wood items are made from maple and coated with linseed oil for protection. Rest assured, everything is polished for a safe and enjoyable playtime! Additionally, our toys have the EU Declaration of Conformity, assuring quality and safety.
How long until I receive my order?
We make your personalized order within 2-3 business days, and delivery then takes about 10-14 days on average. Most orders arrive within roughly two to three weeks. During peak seasons, such as before Christmas and Easter, it can take longer, so we recommend ordering early.
Can I see a preview first?
Yes, on request. If you'd like to see how your personalized product will look before we start, we'll prepare a mockup for you.
How does personalization work?
Just type the name in the personalization field on the product page. On some listings you first choose the number of letters, and the name field appears after that. Most names fit within 8-9 letters; for longer or double names, message us or choose a two-line option.
Can I choose the colors or match my nursery?
Yes. We offer a wide color palette, and if you'd like something solid-colored or fully custom, just message us and we'll help match your nursery exactly.
Can I add animals or themed pieces?
Yes. You can add from more than 50 elements (animals, vehicles, sports figures, and more) alongside the name. We also make themed products like animal and dinosaur boards, baptism and wedding boards, and sports puzzles.
