PAYMENTS
For your shopping convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world. Also, you may pay through Paypal. The prices are in US Dollars. If we agree upon a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. The shipping fee is paid by the recipient in advance.

We ship with UPS, DHL Express, DPD, FedEx delivery companies.
It takes at least 8-18 business days to deliver your package to the USA.

Our puzzles are crafted from birch plywood, painted with water-based, non-toxic paint. Solid wood items are made from maple and coated with linseed oil for protection. Damaged Parcel
In the unfortunate event of a damaged parcel, please send detailed photos. This enables us to promptly dispatch replacement elements or items. In cases of significant damage, clients may be asked to file a claim with UPS, aiding in issue resolution and preventive measures for the future.
Lost Parcel
If your parcel is lost, official confirmation from the delivery service is received. Customers can choose between a refund or a replacement parcel. You'll be notified, and we're dedicated to promptly resolving the situation.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days, as per our shop policy. Buyers cover return shipping costs.
